Okay dog-loving Facebook users, have we got an infographic for you. You did realize that people are setting up Facebook and Twitter accounts for their dogs, didn’t you?
Apparently our infographic-creating friends at Lab 42 were startled when they got a friend request from a suspiciously single-named individual who wasn’t a famous rockstar. With a little digging they discovered they were being befriended by Man’s Best Friend.
Aha! This could be fodder for an infographic, they said. And so the survey began, taking place online via social networks between February 28 and March 2, 2011 among 407 adults with even distribution across age groups and income levels, aiming to explore the relationship between Facebook, dogs, and those who love them.
